Welcome to Fleazo ("Platform", "we", "our"). By accessing or using fleazo.in and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By registering on Fleazo, submitting a listing, or using the AI chat feature, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Fleazo is a local AI-powered discovery platform for Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We provide:
All listings on Fleazo are subject to admin review and approval. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information provided in your listing.
Your dashboard is accessed via a private token URL. You are responsible for keeping this token secure. Fleazo is not liable for unauthorized access due to your token being compromised.
The "Hukum" premium tier is billed monthly at ₹999/month (+ applicable GST). Subscriptions are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Fleazo's AI chat is powered by Google Gemini API. Responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, current, or complete. AI responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Always verify important information independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleazo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via the platform.

Your data is stored on servers in India (Hostinger). Listing data is stored in JSON format. We retain data as long as your listing is active, plus 12 months after deletion for audit purposes.

Fleazo uses minimal cookies — only for analytics (Google Analytics 4, if configured) and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Fleazo is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn a minor has provided data, we will delete it promptly.
We want every Fleazo customer to be satisfied with their subscription.
The Explorer (Free) tier has no charges, so no refund applies.
Email hello@fleazo.in with Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Business ID]". Include your registered email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued if the account was suspended due to policy violations or fraudulent activity.
